What we collect
The only personal data we collect through this website is what you give us when you fill in the contact form: your name, email address, the service you're interested in, and your message.
We don't use cookies, analytics or any tracking technology on this site. We don't build a profile of visitors and we don't share or sell data to third parties for marketing.
How we use it
We use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry and, if a project goes ahead, to deliver our work with you. We won't use it for anything else without asking you first.
Our legal basis
We process contact form data on the basis of legitimate interest: responding to enquiries you've sent us is a normal and expected part of running this business, and we don't use the data beyond that purpose.
Who sees it
This site is hosted on Netlify, and the contact form is handled by Netlify Forms. Netlify processes form submissions on our behalf and is bound by its own data processing terms. We don't share your data with anyone else.
How long we keep it
We keep contact form submissions for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry or deliver a project, and then delete them once there's no ongoing reason to hold on to them.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:
- ask what personal data we hold about you
- ask us to correct anything inaccurate
- ask us to delete your data
- object to how we're using it
- ask for a copy of your data in a portable format
To exercise any of these, email hello@goodworksagency.com. If you're not happy with how we've handled your data, you can also complain to the UK's data protection regulator, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
